Moscow rates third by dwelling prices

Recently a new research on world dwelling prices in the luxury segment has been conducted by Global Property Guide. London maintains the top position with $24 thousand for 1 square meter. It is followed by New York - $16 thousand approximately, and Moscow - $15.5 thousand per 1 square meter.
      
      According to the research, the most expensive Asian city by dwelling prices is Hong Kong, where 1 square meter costs over $12.5 thousand. It is followed by Japanese cities, then there go Singapore and Mumbai.
