The exhibition of world painting masterpieces from the four major museums of Russia has acquired a real opportunity to go to London, as Head of the Federal Agency for Culture and Cinematography Mikhail Shvydkoi has reported today to ITAR-TASS.
According to Mikhail Shvydkoi, he has received from Britain "a draft bill that provides a better chance for the positive decision of the issue of holding the exhibition in the Royal Academy of Arts". "This bill is to be approved in England on January 7, 2008", he specified and reminded that earlier he had had to consider the British party's guarantees of inviolability and return of the exhibits as insufficient.
