New Software for Military Purposes

Russian research company “Prime Group” in cooperation with Swiss “Leica Geosystems” corporation presented new software for processing remote sensing data in military fields. During the presentation companies showed their brand new products “Geospatial Imaging”.
      
      Russian participants saw most of the software for the first time. Among new developments there were “Image Web Server”, allowing storing and processing large amount of geo-data with minimum of system resources spent; “Leica Titan”, peer-to-peer solution for browsing, analysis and distribution of spatial data, and “Internet Geospatial Light Table”, new network solution for turning a browser into powerful instrument of geo-spatial data analysis.
