Glassy Restaurant – New Moscow Sightseeing

An unusual restaurant has appeared in the North-East of Moscow. It looks like a closed capsule 34 metres long and 23 metres broad hanging from the arch of the Zhivopisny Bridge at Zvenigorodskoye Highroad. The construction with a weight of 100 tons was lifted to the bridge on Tuesday and placed at a height of 87 metres from the ground.

The restaurant will have two floors: one for the main hall and an observation deck, and the other one – for technical services. The specialists have estimated that the restaurant will be able to house 100 guests not counting the staff.

Now the builders have to finish construction of the observation deck and to complete it with technical equipment. The restaurant will be connected with the bridge with the help of glassy galleries with panoramic high-speed elevators.
