The State Duma of the RF is going to consider a new bill to let people get married outside the Civil Registry Office. Today those, who want to register their relations, have to go to the local registry office and wait at least for a month before they are allowed to get married.
      
      The new bill suggests the idea, that this procedure may be conducted at home, in a museum or anywhere else. The bill is expected to come into force soon, as 2008 is announced to be the Year of the Family in the Russian Federation.
