120 000 diamond ring stolen from a Moscow store

Yesterday a 3 million-ruble diamond ring was stolen from a jewelry store in the centre of Moscow. As it has been reported, a presentable man in his 50s entered the boutique and asked a sales assistant to show him a diamond ring and other jewellery items. Having distracted the assistant’s attention from the ring the customer evidently hid it. A few moments later he said good-buy and left the store. It was too late, when the sales assistance noticed that the diamond ring had disappeared.
The police have put the criminal on the wanted list and initiated the investigation process.
