Head of RosCosmos and head of HASA have recently sighed two agreements on joint research of the Moon and the Red planet.
      
      First agreement refers to russian LEND device, aimed at neutron research, which would be istalled on American Moon scout, schediled for launch for 2008. The device will search for water, located on the Moon’s poles.
      
      Another Russian device DAN is focused on studying albedo for neutrons and will travel to Mars on the American science laboratory in 2009. The device will search for hydrogen, which location will show possible water presence on Mars.
