Aeroflot Uses Counterfeit Plane Parts

The Moscow inter-regional transport procuracy has revealed a fact of supplies of counterfeit plane parts (hydraulic hoses) to two Russian largest air carriers: Aeroflot and the State air company Russia. The latter is known to provide transport services to not only ordinary citizens, but also to Russian president and a number of other high-rank persons.
The counterfeit hydraulic hoses that did not pass the control test were stolen from the company Hydraulica and then sold to the air companies using fake documents. According to the prosecutor, the air companies were aware of the hydraulic hoses being counterfeit. The interstate aviation committee of Russia marks that usage of counterfeit plane parts is one of the reasons of aircraft crashes.
Now the things are spinning around opening a criminal case against the two air companies. The process is being personally controlled by the interregional transport prosecutor.
