Spiderman to Climb Highest Building in Europe

A famous urban climber Alain Robert, aka Spiderman, who has “conquered” the Eiffel’s Tower, Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, and Empire State Building, is coming to Moscow to climb the highest building in Europe – the Federation Tower.
      The action is to take place on September 2, 2007. This day in the square near Mezhdunarodnaya metro station there will be set a stage, a photo-stand, and a photodiode screen with live translation of the climbing which will also be broadcasted online at the official website of the corporation MIRAX GROUP.
      Using only his bare hands and climbing shoes, Alain Robert has scaled more than 70 giant structures around the globe including many of the world's tallest structures and he is also featured in the Guinness World Records book.
      The most remarkable structures climbed by Alain Robert: Eiffel’s Tower (Paris), Twin Towers (Kuala Lumpur), Empire State Building (New-York), Sears Tower (Chicago), Taipei 101 (Taiwan), Golden Gate (San-Francisco), IMB headquarters (New-York), Canary Wharf Building (London), Tour Montpanasse (Paris), Sydney Opera House (Sydney), etc.
