The Mayor of Moscow has approved a plan of developing the territories neighbouring with the sports complex Olympic (Olympyisky) in Moscow. The first part of the project implies building of a TV-centre and media park.
      It is planned that on the Olympyisky Avenue in Moscow there will be situated a 32-storey TV-centre of Channel One with studios, a multifunctional hall, a VIP zone with a hotel, banquette hall, and apartments, a media park, and an underground parking for up to 2500 cars.
      The complex will function as a public centre to which people can come to get acquainted with the process of TV-programmes` production. A media park that will be built near the TV-centre is to have an educational, trade, and entertainment functions. The total area of the complex is 200 thousand square metres.
