Recently Russia’s government has issued a regulation about introducing new revised system of coordinates “PZ (Parametry Zemli=Earth’s Parameters) -90.02” during following three months.
New coordinates will improve performance of global satellite navigation system GLONASS, as well as geodetic support of orbital flights.
However, this regulation doesn’t say whether this state geocentric coordinate system becomes open for all GLONASS users. Currently de facto standard of Russian navigation is WGS-84 system of coordinates.
