Aeroflot and the company Civil Planes of Sukhoi consider making a contract on supplies of 15 new Superjet-100 planes to the transport park of Aeroflot. The final signing of the contract is planned to take place by the end of 2007. The total cost of the deal is estimated at around 430 million dollars. The press-service of Aeroflot comments that Superjet planes fully meet the modern demands of safety and reliability and are aimed at becoming a basement for development of Russian air companies. In December 2005 Aeroflot became the first customer of Civil Planes of Sukhoi when signed a contract on purchase of 30 planes of the company.
