At a press-conference in the informational agency ITAR-TASS on Friday the general director of The Walt Disney Company CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) Marina Zhigalova-Ozkan expressed an opinion that Moscow did not suit for building of a classic Disneyland entertainment park due to the climate conditions of the city. Disneyland is meant to be an open-air park available all the year round, while in Moscow winter frosts will not give a chance to use all traditional side-shows and entertainments.
      Earlier this month in an interview with RBK Daily Marina Zhigalova-Ozkan also said that the company did not intend to build any entertainment parks in Russia because “there is a point in building of such parks only when the company is for a long time present in the market”.
