Prior to the May holidays the Federal agency of air transport of the Ministry of Transport opened a round-the-clock hotline for air passengers. The new service is aimed at providing consultations and support to air passengers when there are potential breaks in the process of committing international and domestic flights by the Russia charter air companies. The round-the-clock phone number of the hotline: (495) 155-53-73.
      With the help of the hotline tourists can get information about possible reasons and the time of charter flights` delays, about the guarantees air companies give in case of delays, and other useful information.
