Moscow ballet is getting ready with the ballet “Princess of Modern Time” devoted to Diana’s life and death.
The British composer Keith Hearne started working on the score seven years ago, yet it was decided to time the premiere to the 10th anniversary since the tragic death of Princess Diana. The production will be staged in a classical ballet manner, with the leading part performed by the prima ballerina of the Bolshoi Theatre Ilse Liepa, the daughter of the world known dancer Maris Liepa.
Before setting about the ballet production the composer Keith Hearne received an official letter of approval and gratitude from the secretariat of the princes, Diana’s sons.
The premiere of the ballet is expected in October and will take place on stage of the Stanislavsky Moscow Theatre. Afterwards the ballet will go on the world tour.
“It was important for Keith Hearne to stage the production with the Russian ballet as he considers the Russian ballet school to be the best in the world.’ - says Olga Lyakina, the director of Moscow concert company Premiere, the project’s official agent.

: This is stupid. I and my family, friends will never never ever go to see this balet. We are sick and tired of people who cannot stop idolizing emotionaly ill woman. And HRH Prince Charles had nothing to do with it. Enough. Added: 13 April 2007 23:54 |

: I have no wish to intrude on anyone's personal grief but do have an interest in getting to the truth and would like to know how an ordinary member of the public may present evidence to the public inquest of Princess Diana. I re-discovered the authentic Memoirs of King George III, which have been suppressed for 150 years because they substantiate the'Royal Bigamy'. Prince Charles and the Royal Family are neither the rightful nor lawful heirs to the Throne. I was in contact with Princess Diana and this is the story she said before her death she was going to give to the media. I believe this to be important and relevant. Can you help?
