Export oil is over

The second stage of constructing the pipeline Eastern Siberia-the Pacific Ocean can be postponed for 3 or 4 years due to the lack of resources. The problem is that Russian oil producing companies dont extract enough oil to fill the pipeline, thus, increasing the pipeline capacity up to 80 million tons of oil per year is unprofitable now.
      The government is going to finance exploration works in Eastern Siberia.
      These days the amount of oil produced in Eastern Siberia makes up 700 million tons, which limits oil supplies via the pipeline to 30 million tons per year.
