The sale of the first Yukos assets by an action may be notified this week and the auction will probably be conducted in March, reported the spokesman of Yukos bankruptcy manager Nikolai Lashkevich. He said, that information statements about the first lot may be published before the end of the week. The claimants can apply for the participation in the action within the period of thirty days after the auction has been announced. The Spokesman mentioned that the list of the assets is kept secret. About 200 Yukos businesses are to be auctioned.
