On December 15, the State Duma is considering the law which implies introduction of financial guarantees of responsibility: 10 million roubles for companies dealing with international tourism sphere, and 1 million roubles – for companies of internal tourism. Representatives of tourism sphere in Russia are sure that the new law will lead to tourism market monopolization as small and medium tourist companies are hardly able to meet the new financial requirements.
      The Committee of tourism of the Moscow Association of entrepreneurs and the Russian Union of tourism industry are organizing a picket to express the protest and discontent with the new law. The picket organizers have already informed the administration of the central district of Moscow about the forthcoming action.
