As the temperature this year exceeds the norm, the snow in the beginning of December was a surprise. The first snow this winter fell out in the centre of Moscow. Normally the streets of the European part of Russia are already covered with snow by this time of the year. However, the global warming has reached Russia, and now the temperature in Moscow +3 C.
      The maximum temperature for this period of winter, +5.2 C, was registered in Moscow in the area of the VVC (All-Russian Exhibition Centre) yesterday.
      Russian weather forecasters remind once again, that winter in Russia is going to be uncommonly warm this year.
