The RF government’s suggestions concerning establishing of the bottom retail alcohol price are probably expected to cut counterfeit alcohol market. According to experts, the government has taken up the alcoholic issue seriously. In an effort to shortage the death rate caused by bootleg alcohol and theoretically cut down alcohol intake in the country the Ministry of Finance prepared a package of tenders dealing with establishment of the bottom retail alcohol drinks price and depriving of license for non-observance.
      
      Analysts believe, that the government’s decision is right: if one sets the bottom alcohol price so that it includes all taxes and duties, and deprive sellers of the license for breach, then undergrounders will suffer from production losses and sellers will find counterfeit realization unprofitable.
