Latvian authorities suppose that citizens of the city Preili ravaged by the same tainted vodka as Russians in the Pskov Region. The press-secretary of the police head quarters explains that it's too early to speak of the final results of the expertise yet, nevertheless, some facts provide much evidence that the tainted alcohol could have the same source: this is based on the similar chemical composition of the alcohol seized in Russia and Latvia.
