The Bible’s Flood To Have A Scientific Explanation

The Flood, described in the Old Testament, was accompanied with an enormous tsunami, claims a Russian scientist. An international scientific expedition has been searching for the traces of the mysterious disaster.

The hypothesis of the American scientist suggests the reason of the Flood to be a giant asteroid, which arrived to our planet near the Madagascar Island. The Russian scientist from Novosibirsk describes this event as an explosion causing zillions of tons of water to evaporate and to fall back as a heavy rain next day.

The rain was followed by a giant tsunami – Madagascar’s chevron dunes are remains of the catastrophe. The shape of said dunes and some paleontological findings confirm the hypothesis – they origin from waves not less than 200 m high.

The results of the expedition are now processed in the laboratories, and the Novosibirsk scientist is working on the tsunami models and forecasts.
