The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is expanding its presence in Russian regions. The Bank intends to open 3 new regional offices said the president of EBRD at the Foreign Investment Advisory Committee.
      
      Four EBRD offices are working in Russia at the moment. According to the president of EBRD, the Bank shares the opinion of positive state of Russian economics and will increase investments in private sector. At the same time Russia needs large amounts of investments. EBRD has three priorities: diversification of Russian economics and utilization of its potential, infrastructure construction and handling transportation problem.
