Moscow has put up for auction 68 properties at discounted prices for small and medium-sized businesses, mos.ru reports. Companies will be able to compete for the right to lease premises for up to five years.

      The rental price ranges from 11.9 thousand to 1.2 million rubles per year. Most of the premises are available in the east (15), southeast (12) and northwest (9). Mostly they are located on the ground floors of houses.

      “The preferential program for the lease of commercial premises has been operating in Moscow for almost three years. According to it, entrepreneurs can rent urban real estate for up to 10 years at a price of one thousand rubles per square meter per year for basements and from 4750 rubles for objects on the ground floors and above. Thanks to this program, Moscow entrepreneurs can create and develop their businesses on transparent and beneficial terms. Over the entire period of the program, entrepreneurs have rented more than 1.4 thousand premises  on these terms,” Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations said.
