Russians will be able to go abroad to work, study, get medical treatment, or care for relatives, the Russian Prime Minister  said at a meeting of the Presidium of the Coordination Council to Combat COVID-19. The order has already been signed. The government also allowed foreigners to enter Russia for medical treatment or to care for relatives.

      Recall that on March 27, against the backdrop of the coronavirus pandemic, Russia ceased international passenger traffic.
