A grand-scale half-hour online meditation will unite people from different countries and continents to help cope with panic and tune into a positive wave-length.

      The meditation is taking place three times: on April 7, 12 and 22 and open for all and everyone. It is aimed at uniting people all over the world and helping them cope with stress, calm down the mind and recharge. This online meditation will take place simultaneously in six time zones and will bring together a huge number of people, from San Francisco to Sydney. The creator of this project is Maria Samarina, a mindfulness expert from Russia. Until now, a similar event has been held only once and offline. It was the 1987 World Peace Meditation, in which about 144 thousand people participated. See details and join on the official website
