On April 4, Ural Airlines will start returning Russian tourists from India who were unable to come back to the country due to restrictions associated with the coronavirus pandemic.
The schedule of evacuation flights has been formed and approved: U6-3614 Trivandrum - Yekaterinburg on April 4, U6-3616 Chennai - Yekaterinburg on April 5, U6-3610 Goa - Yekaterinburg on April 6, U6-3612 Calcutta - Yekaterinburg on April 8.
The Federal Air Transport Agency and the airline worked together with the Russian Foreign Ministry and the Russian Embassy in Delhi to obtain flight permits.
Passengers from the consulate list who have tickets for regular flights of Ural Airlines and Aeroflot tickets (MOEX: AFLT) from India to Russia will be able to reissue them for return flights. The remaining citizens of the Russian Federation can buy tickets at a special cost of 100 euros per ticket.
