The Government of the Russian Federation by its order  restricts  traffic through 16 checkpoints on the border with China from  January 31, 2020.

      These are: Zabaykalsk (rail) - Manzhouli (rail) Yu, Zabaykalsk (Automobile) - Manzhouli (road), Starotsuruhaytuysky - Heyshantou, Olochi - Shiwei, Blagoveshchensk - Heihe, Poyarkovo - Xunke County, Amurzet - luobei county, Nizhneleninskoye - Tongjiang, Khabarovsk - Fuyuan , Pokrovka - Zhaohe, Turi Rog - Mishan, Pogranichny (railway) - Suifenhe (railway), Pogranichny (automobile) - Suifenhe (automobile), Poltavka - Dongning, Kraskino - Hunchun, Makhalino - Hunchun.

      The executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the territories of which these checkpoints are located are instructed to assist the federal authorities in organizing and conducting work related to the implementation of this order, as well as to carry out explanatory work among the population.
