"Kommersant" reports that the Russian online cinema ivi will conduct an initial public offering (IPO) on the US exchange NASDAQ. IPO is planned till the end of 2020. According to the interlocutors of the publication, the company involved the bank JP Morgan Chase in the preparation of the investment; ivi also hired investment professionals who were tasked with “conducting an IPO till the end of the year.”
Representatives of the company refused to comment on this information. One of the first ivi investors, Leonid Boguslavsky, said that the decision on the initial public offering was “pending”.
