The Russian Aspic gastronomic festival will be held in Pavlovsky Posad on January 25, as the press service of the administration of Pavlovsky Posad reported.

      On January 25, the Russian Aspic holiday will involve a gastronomic aspic world championship: the world championship offers not only to compete in cooking aspic, but to enjoy this dish for those who adore it. The organizers of the competition were the Moscow Regional Sotsium Soglasiye Social Partnership Fund and the Record Book of Moscow Region.

      In 2019, about 5 thousand people attended the championship, the largest aspic in the world weighing more than 263 kg was cooked there. That aspic was included in the Book of Records of Moscow Region and is a nominee of the Guinness Book of Records.
