The upcoming New Year holidays in Russia will last from January 1 to January 8, 2020 inclusive.

      December 31 remains the pre-holiday working day in the production calendar for the current year.  Due to the fact that the New Year holidays will last from January 1 to January 8, 2020 inclusive, the first working day next year falls on Thursday, January 9. Thus, after the New Year's holiday, Russians will have a two-day working week.  

      According to the production calendar for the current year, December 31 is a pre-holiday working day. It will be shorter by one hour.
