The 53rd Japanese Film Festival has been launched in Moscow. This large-scale event is held as part of the festival Japanese Autumn 2019. The program presents a variety of feature films by both famous directors and novices.
Cinema-goers have a wide range of films to choose from: kind family films as well as action films with unexpected outcomes.
The Japanese Autumn festival is held in Moscow annually. It includes master classes, film screenings, theatrical performances and other activities that introduce Russians to Japanese culture. The event is organized by the Embassy of Japan in Russia in cooperation with the “Japan Foundation” Department of Japanese Culture, the Japan Business Club and the ANCO Japanese Center.
