      The St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum is rightfully recognized as one of the most important events of world significance. The organizers see its main mission in generating the key vectors of cultural development as an active force that exerts a powerful constructive influence on the lives of people throughout the world.

      The program of the Forum consists of three large sections:
