A Tourist Web Portal about Zabaykalsky Krai  will be Created

The authorities of Zabaykalsky Krai (Trans-Baikal Territory) have announced the development of a specialized tourist web portal in the region. The works on creation of a navigation layout and a tourist map of the region are underway; it is planned to create a tourist web site of the Zabaykalsky Krai. A video on event tourism in the region is being prepared: it will be published in October.

      The region is visited by up to 60 thousand tourists from China during the year. About 20 thousand of them stay in Krasnokamensk, about 15 thousand - in Chita. It is planned to further develop the infrastructure in the region, as well as use various means of informing people about the attractions of the region, life and culture of the peoples of Transbaikalia.
