A multifunctional concert hall will be built in the Moskva City by 2022, it will host events of almost any format, the press service of the Moscow City Architecture Committee reported with the  reference to the city’s chief architect Sergey Kuznetsov.

“The space can be transformed not only for concerts, exhibitions and conferences, but even for a beach club with swimming pools. The dome can rotate 180 degrees, creating an open-air mode for outdoor events, and an automatic control system will quickly close it in case of rain ",  Kuznetsov says.

He recalled that the 10-story building of the concert hall will occupy an area of about 45 thousand square meters. Outwardly, it resembles an inlaid box with a clockwork. The main feature of the concert hall will be a sliding dome with a diameter of 64 m, made in the form of a watch dial, which will be visible from all office towers of the Mosckva City complex and from the level of pedestrians.

The transformer hall will accommodate up to 8 thousand people and will work all year round.
