Moscow ranked 31st in the list of the most visited tourist capitals of the world, as the study by the Momondo international tourist metasearch engine showed.

      The ranking was headed by London, Paris, Amsterdam, Rome and Berlin. Moscow also took the 25th line among the world capitals in terms of an average cost of hotel accommodation: a night at a Moscow hotel costs an average of 5 thousand roubles. At the same time, a night at a hotel in London costs 11.8 thousand, in Paris - 10.7 thousand, Amsterdam - 12.2 thousand, Rome - 6.7 thousand, Berlin - 7.2 thousand.

      The most expensive capitals were those of Monaco, the Bahamas and Seychelles, Israel and the island of Mauritius – one has have to pay from 13.9 thousand to 26.8 thousand roubles for spending a night there. Judging by the availability of 5* hotels, Moscow entered the top twenty of the world ranking of capitals. You will have to pay an average of 9,250 roubles per night in such a hotel in Moscow.
