Russian carrier S7 Airlines offers special prices for some domestic and international flights. These include return tickets from Moscow to Western Siberia for just 4,980 rubles (around $190). One-way ticket to South Russia will cost 1490 rubles (around $60), to Ulan-Ude, Irkutsk and Murmansk - 2990 rubles (around $110).
      
      Tickets on flights to Germany and back are now sold for $138. Other tickets announced seem to be too expensive for discounts: to Bangkok and back $798, to Novosibirsk and Chelyabinsk - $898.
      
      The fares are valid for flights September 18 through March 25. Discount tickets will be available at S7 Airlines ticket offices worldwide August 31 through September 17.
