In mid-June, the Cultural Center ZIL, Moscow, will celebrate the birthday of the iconic rapper Tupac Shakur. 

       Famous musicians led by The Outlawz Americans will get together to pay tribute to the legend of hip-hop music.

      Favorite music, art spaces, streetball, scratch battles and dozens of entertainments more are waiting for you at the high-profile festival Encore: Fest.

      Hip-hop music will be played at the venue for more than twelve hours. Feduk, Obladaet, Mishlawi and other hip-hoppers will warm up the headliner of the event, The Outlawz band founded by Tupac Shakur.

      A full list of the musicians who are going to take part in the festival will be known closer to the date of the event.

      When: from 12 pm to 2: 25 pm on June 15 to 16, 2019.

      Where: ZIL Cultural Center at the address 4, Bldg. 1, Vostochnaya Street,  next to metro station Avtozavodskaya, Moscow.
