38% of managers and leading specialists using artificial intelligence in their business are developing virtual assistants based on AI, as Inc.Russia reports with a reference to a joint study of the Russian Association of Electronic Communications, the Higher School of Economics and Microsoft.
The second line belongs to predictive analysis and machine learning (35% each).
At the same time 48% of respondents use AI for research and development (41%); 32% use the technology in their work with customers, including personalization, another 31% use the technology in service and promotion.
The least common use of AI is in legal processes (5%). The respondents think that the main advantage of AI is the optimization of business processes (58%). In the most active way artificial intelligence is used in marketing, retail, advertising, banking and other fields.
