According to the Avito Work, the most demanded specialists in Russia are sellers: they account for 13% of all job offers, as Inc.Russia reports.

      The second place is occupied by drivers (8.6%), the third - by cooks (3.6%).

      The fourth position is taken by managers who accounted for 3.5% of the announcements; previously they occupied the third line.

      Besides, the top five includes cleaners (3.2%). Most often, employees are looking for sales experts: this category accounted for 18% of all advertisements published in 2018. Construction (11.5%) and production (10.5%) experts come next. The number of vacant positions in some fields has decreased during the year: for example, in law (15.8%), banking (13.9%) and insurance (7.7%) sectors. Avito links this dynamics with automation and introduction of artificial intelligence in business processes.
