An apartment hotel with 1.4 thousand rooms will be constructed in Tushino city district of Moscow. “Federal Network Company” Group of Companies plans to build an apartment hotel with the area of 90,000 sq.m in Moscow.

      The apartment hotel will be located in the area of the “Tushino” metro station and is designed for 1.4 thousand rooms. It is planned to start the construction of the Moscow apartment hotel in mid-May; the works will last for about three years, as the President of the group added. As it was previously reported, in 2023 “Federal Network Company” also plans to build an apartment hotel on Kolomyazhsky Avenue in the north of St. Petersburg. The total amount of investment in the project will reach 4 billion roubles. The project involves the construction of two 13-floor buildings with a total area of 80 thousand sq. m meant for 1.8 thousand apartments.
