More than 200 gastronomic events will be held as part of the Moscow Maslenitsa.  

      Shrovetide week has started in the capital, where more than 200 gastronomic demonstrations and culinary battles will take place.

      Molecularmeal food show will be held on March 6, on Glory Square. Professional chefs will tell and show visitors how to cook pancakes with caviar or mousse using the basic techniques of the molecular cuisine. Also, on March 9 and 10, on Revolution Square, culinary battles will be held, where famous Moscow chefs will divide people  into teams and invite them to compete in the speed of baking pancakes.
