A sidewalk of recycled plastic bottles has been made in Sochi.

      A pedestrian path made of tiles obtained after processing of plastic bottles and sand was laid in the centre of Sochi. This is the first sample of recycled pavement in the city.

      The polymer and sand tile made of plasticis stronger than concrete, it is not damaged either by moisture or high temperatures. Besides, the pedestrians don’t slip on it; the tiles wash well and don’t lose their bright color.
