The Head of “Gazprom”, Aleksey Miller, has disclosed the date of launch of one of the large-scale state-owned projects - the “Power of Siberia” gas pipeline for transferring Russian gas to China for the first time.

      According to Miller, the project will be launched on December 1, which is 20 days earlier than it had been originally planned. The project runs ahead of schedule.

      The report also notes that the partners discussed another project of gas supply to China - via the “western route”, however, the company has not yet disclosed the details of the negotiations.
