Moscow is going to sell 340 real estate items for small businesses on special conditions, according to the Competition Policy webpage of the capital’s department.

      The cost of rental for small entrepreneurs will start from 1.5 and 4.5 thousand roubles per square meter.  The most part of the objects (72) are located in the east of Moscow, another 50 - in the Southern District, 37 premisesare located in the South-Eastern and Northern Districts, 30 objects can be rented in the North-East Administrative District, 24 premises are available in the Zelenogradsky District, 20 objects - in the North-West, 15 objects - in the West and 8 - in the Central District.

      The premises are located on the first and basement floors of residential and non-residential buildings, whereas their area varies from 7.5 to 408 square meters.
