The Tretyakov Gallery is preparing a large-scale exhibition project dedicated to the artworks by Ilya Repin.

      The Tretyakov Gallery in Krymsky Val welcomes all to rediscover the art of Ilya Repin, see his paintings in a new perspective and feel their timeless nature.

      A famous classical Russian artist, Ilya Repin is the creator of the pictorial “encyclopedia of Russian life”. In his works, he showed peasant, popular, revolutionary, aristocratic and artistic Russia. The artist was always interested in the psychology of human beings, in the perception of life and death.

Book tickets to the Tretyakov Gallery

Where: the Tretyakov Gallery in Krymsky Val at the address 10, Krymsky Val Street, next to metro stations Octyabrskaya and Culture Park

      When: from March 15, 2019, to August 18, 2019.

      Open hours: from 10 am to 6 pm on Tue, Wed, Sun; from 10 am to 9 pm on Thu – Sat.
