A Golf Club will be Constructed in the Primorye Gambling Zone

Korean company will invest 2 billion rubles in the construction of a golf club in the Primorye gambling zone.

South Korean Dongnam Industry Co., Ltd. invests about 2 billion rubles in the construction of a golf club in the territory of the Primorye integrated entertainment resort in Primorsky Krai. According to the press service of the regional administration, the investor signed a corresponding agreement with JSC "Development Corporation of Primorsky Krai" (KRPK).  The Russian partner of Dongnam is the company “Vladivostok Country Club”. At least 80 hectares of land are needed to implement the idea.

In the future, the Integrated Resort Primorye will be able to attract a large number of tourists due to transport accessibility and the growing interest in the Far East from residents of the countries of the Asia-Pacific region, foreign players from Korea and Japan, where golf is a very popular sport and entertainment.

The next stage is the construction of a 4-star hotel with 100 rooms and an extension of the field by 9 more holes.

The integrated resort area "Primorye" is located in the Muravyinaya Bay near Vladivostok. On the territory of 619 hectares, it is planned to build at least 8 hotels with restaurants and casinos, as well as entertainment facilities. The opening of two new facilities - the Naga Vladivostok and Shambala complexes is scheduled for 2020. KRPK is the operator of the gambling zone.
