Two old buildings in the “Sokolniki” park will be restored. The project of restoration of the brick building of the winter garden with a water tower and of the wooden barn has been coordinated. As it is specified, the facilities at the address: 6th Luchchevoy Prosek, house 21, buildings 25 and 8, are a part of the country complex of the 19th century - the dacha (summer residence) of Lyamin.

      The experts will clean the facades, restore the decorative masonry, walls and slabs, build new engineering networks and perform other works. Then the premises will be adapted for modern needs.

      The dacha in Sokolniki was built approximately in the second half of the 19th century before the formation of the city park. Ivan Artemyevich Lyamin was a state councilor, the Head of Moscow, a chairman of the committee for the improvement of the Sokolniki district.
