The French “AccorHotels” hotel operator will take over the management of the hotel in the “Salut!” complex of apartments at the intersection of Pulkovskoye Highway and Dunaisky Avenue in Saint Petersburg. The volume of investments in the construction of a Novotel brand hotel will amount to 3.5 billion roubles.

      The opening of the hotel for 250 rooms is scheduled for 2021. The Novotel infrastructure will include a restaurant, a bar, meeting rooms, an underground parking, a fitness area with a swimming pool, and three Sky Lounges  for crews of European, Korean and Chinese airlines.

      As previously reported, the plans to create a Novotel hotel on Pulkovskoye highway were announced by the Project Manager of the apartment complex Sergei Nogai back in October 2016. At that time, only a framework agreement for the hotel project was signed with the French hotel operator; it was originally planned to build the hotel for the 2018 World Cup.
