The President of Russia Vladimir Putin became the most influential Russian citizen, according to the Russian Forbes. The ranking was compiled for the first time.
According to the authors, the Head of the state “automatically” deserves the first line, because he takes the second place in the list of the most influential people in the world compiled by the American version of the magazine (following the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Xi Jinping, but ahead of the US President Donald Trump). The second place in the Russian ranking was taken by the Head of Sberbank German Gref, the third – by the Head of Gazprom Aleksei Miller. The top ten also included the PrimeMinister Dmitry Medvedev (fifth line) and the Director of Federal Security Service Aleksandr Bortnikov (eighth line).
